Decolonize your Mind

This illustration was inspired by the work of the fashion studio NALIMO, a company founded by indigenous fashion designer Dayana Molina. I think their concept fits really well with indigenous futurism. In this piece, we see a girl from the Mebengôkre people (also known as Kayapó) wearing a jacket inspired by one of the studio's products.
